Pricing
These monthly plans are how a tech uses Local Contractors — jobs, quotes, invoices, calendar, photos, texts. They do not buy leads, included unlocks, or cheaper unlocks. All three plans are paid — $49, $99, and $149. There is no free plan. New contractors get 30 days free on the plan they pick, then 3 months off (Starter 15% · $41.65, Plus 30% · $69.30, Pro 50% · $74.50), then $49 / $99 / $149. Plan dues use Stripe Checkout. Nothing is emailed or texted.
Board unlock (see a public request’s phone) stays a separate optional fee ($25.00, Stripe Checkout). It is not bundled into these plan names. Job invoices stay Zelle / cash / check.
